Background

International Division Is Responsible for planning and implementing the creation, retention and development of activities / projects in the field of telecommunications and information with foreign countries and organizations to ensure that activities / projects are effective and beneficial to the common interest in line with the current policy of the country. 

• International Division is divided into two unit Branches, namely:-

1. The Administrative and Finance Unit; and

2. The Operations Unit, which comprises of two sub-unit :-

  • Telecommunications Sub-unit And
  • Information Sub-unit

Vision, Mission & Objectives

VISION
• Spearhead International Management And Promote The Field Of Communications And Digital Of The Country Internationally.
MISSION
 • Manage And Foster International Relations As Well As To Safeguard The Interest Of The Country Through A Network Of Bilateral And Multilateral.
OBJECTIVES
• Foster Close Bilateral Cooperation Through Memorandums Of Understanding/Cooperation Agreement; 
• Played An Influential And Active In Multilateral Relations Including The Coordination Of Regional And International Organizations;
• Plan, Manage And Coordinate The Implementation Of Programmes/Projects/Activities For International Cooperation In Accordance With The Development Plans Of The Country's Communications And Digital; And
• Work With Ministries/Agencies Responsible For The Implementation Of International Relations Primarily Related To The Field Of Communications And Digital.

Functions & Roles

• Coordinate and strengthen international cooperation programme in the field of communication, multimedia and information.

• Foster multi-lateral cooperation with strategic foreign countries and international organizations in order to enhance the development of the sector of communication, multimedia and help the country.

Client's Charter

• Submit input/feedback to the Ministry/Department/Agency/Organization of regional and international organizations in connection with the communications and multimedia and information within a specified period of time.

• Provide feedback on the results of the cabinet within a week.

• Manage participation of departments/agencies under KKMM in programme/project/international activities to meet the date set by the organizer.

• Submit a report official visit abroad within two weeks after the end of the visit.

• Processing payment vouchers within 7 days from the date the invoice is received.
