The Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia is now known as the Ministry of Communications and Digital. This is due to the restructuring of the Cabinet as announced by the Prime Minister, Dato' Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, on 2nd December 2022 at the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya.

VISI

• Menjadi Organisasi pengurusan kewangan yang cekap, berkesan dan berhemat.

MISI

• Memastikan urusan kewangan diuruskan secara berhemah dan berkesan

 OBJEKTIF

• Memberi bantuan khidmat nasihat dan sokongan dalam pengurusan kewangan kerajaan di peringkat Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital.

• To manage the operating budget of the Ministry of Communications and Digital according to the financial regulations set by the government in the most efficient, economical and effective manner;
• To manage Procurement exceeding RM500,000.00 for the ministry and its departments under the provisions of the operating expenditure and development allocation account;
• To manage receipts/revenue from sale of radio and television advertising airtime;
• To manage all payments and maintenance of account;
• To develop, maintain and strengthen the application systems for improving the efficiency of the governance of the ministry;
• To serve as secretariat for meetings of the Financial Management and Accounts Committee

• Vehicle and computer loan applications are processed within 3 days.
• Local orders are issued in less than 5 days.
• All payment vouchers will be processed in less than 7 days.
• Virements will be approved within 3 days.
• Contract agreements will be signed within 4 months.
